In a broiling pan place chicken breast quarters. Salt and pepper slightly. Cook 1-½ hours at 325 degrees F in top of oven. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients for glaze; heat to dissolve sugar and liquefy cranberry sauce. Baste chicken with cranberry glaze mixture during last half hour of cooking.
