Sift onto waxed paper all the dry ingredients. Add the walnuts. In mixing bowl beat egg and add 1 cup cranberry sauce and oil. Add the dry ingredients. Stir till blended. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 55 minutes. Cool. Blend ½ cup cranberry sauce with cream cheese; mix in grated lemon rind. Spoon over each slice when ready to serve.
