Cranberry Roly Poly


1 recipe shortcake biscuits
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups whole cranberry sauce, drained.


Roll biscuit dough on lightly floured board to ¼ inch thickness. Brush with melted butter and cover with cranberry sauce. Roll up like a jelly roll. Place seam side down in buttered pan, cover tightly and steam for 1-¼ to 1-½ hours. Serve with hard sauce.
