Nice on a COLD winter’s night.
Saute the onions and garlic in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat until tender. Add the mushrooms, fish and prawns and saute for 2-3 minutes until cooked. Remove from heat and set aside. Be sure not to overcook the fish and prawns.
In a large saucepan over high heat, bring the water to a boil. Add the noodles and boil for 3 minutes, reducing the heat as necessary. Stir in the soup flavour packets, sour cream and reserved fish mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste, reduce heat to low and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the cooked crabmeat and allow to heat through before serving.
