Curried Chicken Salad


1/2 cup light cream
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 cup chopped apples (no need to peel)
2 medium stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup slivered almonds
3 to 4 pounds chicken, cooked,
deboned, and shredded or cubed


Combine first three ingredients; then stir in curry powder. Add apples, celery, almonds, and chicken. Chill briefly.


Makes 6 to 8 servings.
