Graham Cracker Breakfast Cakes


3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 egg


Combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt in large mixing bowl. Combine milk, butter, and egg. Add to flour mixture. Mix well. Add nuts. Pour ¼ cup on a prepared griddle. Serve with vanilla ice cream and maple syrup
