Grilled Sausage


1 can or bottle of beer
1 ring of sausage
1 onion, optional
1 green pepper, optional
1 quart sauerkraut, optional


Cut sausage into four parts. Place the sausage into a microwave safe bowl. Add sauerkraut. Cut onion and pepper into strips and slices. Then add the slices to the mix. Pour the beer over the mix and place in microwave. You can cover the rest of the mix with water or more beer as needed. Steam the sausage mix for 10 to 20 minutes. When the sausages have been steamed, place on grill. Return the remaining mix to the microwave or resteam to keep warm. Grill the sausage until done. Serve with rolls.
