Gwendolyn Special


3/4 pound cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 pound bacon, cooked and cut into bits
1 green pepper; chopped
Mayonnaise to moisten
6 to 8 English muffins, toasted


Mix all but last ingredient together and place a heaping tablespoonful on each toasted English muffin half. Heat under a broiler until cheese melts and browns lightly.


Serves 6-8.
