Ham Roll
This recipe is useful for the last bit of left-over ham, good served either hot or cold.
Ingredients
1 pound ground ham
1 pound ground beef
3 eggs
5 ounces breadcrumbs
juice and rind of 1 lemon
a dash each of salt, cayenne, and mace
Instructions
Mix all together and form into a roll shape. Tie securely in cheesecloth and boil for 3 hours.
Yield:
