Italian Almond Cookies


4 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
4 cups flour
4 flat teaspoons baking powder


Beat eggs and sugar for five minutes, then add softened butter, orange juice, lemon, vanilla and almond extract, then mix well. Slowly add flour and baking powder until well blended. Roll into 2-inch balls and bake at 350 degrees until bottom of cookie is golden brown.
