Italian Meatballs


3/4 pound ground beef
1/4 pound bulk pork sausage
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 beaten eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil


Mix all the ingredients except the oil and form into balls, handling as gently as possible. Brown in the olive oil. Cover with Tomato Sauce (see below) and simmer for 25 minutes. Serve with spaghetti.
