Lemon Fried Chicken Fingers


2 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1-1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup grate Parmesan cheese
1 stick butter
1 egg


Combine milk, egg and lemon juice. Cut chicken into strips. Combine bread crumbs and grated cheese on separate dish. Melt butter in frying pan. Dip chicken in egg mixture then coat with bread crumbs, put in frying pan. Cook both sides until golden brown. Take chicken out sprinkle with grated cheese. Enjoy!
