Mango, Peach and Nectarine Salsa

Ingredients

1 mango, peeled, pitted and diced
1 large peach, pitted and diced
2 nectarines, pitted and diced
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp. minced ginger
1 tbs. finely chopped cilantro
1 serano chile, seeded and minced
2 tsp. minced garlic
3 tbs. finely diced red onion
1 tbs. olive oil
½ tsp. coarse salt

Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients and let rest for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, bread toasts, or just about anything that will hold salsa!
