Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix stuffing, ¼ cup gravy, water, eggs, pepper and onion in a large bowl. Add meat and combine. Line a baking pan with tin foil lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Shape meat into four ovals and place in pan, top each with remaining gravy.
Bake about 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Slice and use a spatula to transfer to serving dish.
*any flavor stuffing can be substituted, if using an onion flavored one you may omit the ¼ cup onion.
