My Grandma Mennuti’s Restaurant Meatballs ………… the very best from her kitchen.
1 lb. ground beef (80% lean fat)
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground veal
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Locatelli or Pecorino Romano Cheese
1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup fresh Italian Parsley
3 cloves garlic (diced fine)
1/2 cup milk
Combine all ingredients until well incorporated. Form into meatballs. Place in preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes. Remove and place in Italian Sauce and cook for 4 hours.
