Oyster Casserole


1 can cream-style corn
1 jar oysters with juice
1 package (sleeve) saltine crackers
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredents in a casserole dish, except ¼ cup cheddar cheese, try to blend in the oysters as well as possible (they could even be chopped up before adding). Sprinkle remaining ¼ cup shredded cheese on top before baking. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.


6 to 8 servings.
