A classic combination kids love, these Peanut Butter and Jelly Squares are good for after-school snacks or a sweet treat to pack in their lunchbox. Feel free to substitute your favorite flavor of jam or jelly.
Cream peanut butter, margarine, and sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour and oats and mix well. Press half of the mixture into an 8x8-inch baking pan. Gently spread jam over mixture. Layer remaining oat mixture over jam and press lightly. Bake at 300 degrees F for about 40 minutes.
