A good dressing for the not-so-slim. But non-dieters like it, too.
1/2 cup salad oil
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped sweet red pepper
1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
1 teaspoon finely chopped chives
1 tablespoon chopped sweet red onion
Combine all the ingredients and chill. Shake well before serving.
Makes 1 cup.
