Plum Cake


2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil (you may substitute with applesauce)
3 eggs
2 jars plum baby food
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon


Preheat oven to 350°F, grease a Bundt pan. Mix all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, oil and eggs. Slowly add alternately the flour mix and the plum baby food. Add nuts. Bake in a greased Bundt pan at 350°F for about 1 hour.
