Poppy Seed Bread


4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 can (14 ounces) evaporated milk
1-1/2 cups salad oil
3 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup poppy seeds


Mix in order given with electric mixer, beating constantly at medium speed. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-60 minutes.


Makes 3 loaves
