This is a recipe that my mother gave me….it’s fantastic.
Grease or spray a 9x13-inch glass baking dish. Break eggs and put in a bowl. Put bread crumbs in another bowl.
Take pork chops one at a time and dip in eggs and then in bread crumbs. Slice butter and put on top of pork chops. Cover dish with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Check and turn pork chops over and add ½ stick more butter. Cook for 30 minutes more…enjoy.
