Raspberry Angel Food Cake

Filling and Frosting:

Ingredients

1 teaspoon gelatin
1 tablespoon hot water
1 cup thick raspberry jam
1 pint whipping cream

Instructions

In a mixing bowl stir gelatin into hot water and continue stirring until dissolved. Stir in raspberry jam. When partially set, whip the cream and fold into jam.

Yield: 

Serves 10.
