Raspberry Crumble


2 cups crushed raspberries
juice of half a lemon
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
1 cup sugar
a pinch of salt


Sprinkle the raspberries with half of the sugar and add the lemon juice and stir well. Place in a buttered baking dish. Blend the butter with the rest of the sugar, the flour, and salt and cover the raspberries with this mixture. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees F) for 40 minutes.
