Red Flannel Hash
The next time you have roast beef or corned beef make sure there’s enough left over to make Red Flannel Hash.
Ingredients
2 cups chopped, cooked roast beef or corned beef
2 cups chopped, cooked potatoes
2 cups chopped, cooked beets
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
6 slices bacon
1/2 cup light cream
Instructions
Thoroughly combine all ingredients except the bacon and the cream. Place in a 9-inch square baking pan. Arrange bacon slices on top. Cover with the cream. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 45 minutes.
