This is a combo of two recipes and i make this alot! The family loves it!
Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour till smooth. Add eggs one at a time, and beat well between each addition. Add vanilla, lemon juice and sour cream. Pour into crust.
I wrapped the bottom of the pan with aluminum foil and placed in a “water-bath” so it wont crack.
Bake 450 for 10 min. Turn down heat to 250 and bake 1 ½ hours or till center is set.
Loosen cake from edges of pan. Lert cool before removing from rim of pan.
Chill .. top with filling just before serving..
