Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together first 4 ingredients and put in a greased 9-inch-square pan.
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, grapenuts, and egg. Distribute this mixture over ingredients in pan and top with melted butter.
Bake for 40 minutes. Serve topped with vanilla ice cream.
