Rosemary-Garlic Croutons


5 thick slices country bread
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons minced rosemary
1 tablespoon (approx.) extra-virgin olive oil


Heat oven to 375º. Cut bread into half-inch cubes. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, garlic, rosemary, and olive oil; coat bread well. Place on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until toasted, about 10 minutes. Stir croutons and toast another 5-6 minutes. Remove and let cool to room temperature.
