Salsa Tango

Ingredients

Vidalia onion (1/2)
6 fresh tomatoes
Cilantro, as desired
Peppers
1 teaspoon vinegar, if desired
Juice of 2 limes
2 teaspoons salt
Sugar, if desired
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

Chop onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and peppers. Mix vinegar, lime juice, salt, sugar and garlic powder in a mixing bowl and stir. Combine with chopped vegetables. Store in glass containers.
