Scalloped Corn


2 cans creamed-style corn
2 sleeves crushed crackers
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1-1/4 cup milk
1 stick butter cut into 1-inch squares


Butter medium-sized glass baking dish with stick of butter prior to cutting into squares. In baking dish, mix all other ingredients together except butter. Mix thoroughly, cut remaining butter into squares and place on top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until fork comes out clean.
