Shrimp and Rice


2 cups cooked rice
1 stick butter
cloves of garlic, and many as you like, cut fine
medium shrimp, as many as you like


Melt butter in a glass dish in the microwave. Add cut-up garlic. Add raw cleaned shrimp and cook just until pink, just a couple of minutes. Pour mixture over rice and enjoy.
