Slow Cooked Pork

This just couldnt be easier just put it all in a casserole or the crockpot and let all those lovely flavours simmer together, then serve tossed through pasta as we have done but just as great with potatoes or rice


750g 100% New Zealand Trim Pork, diced
1 leek, sliced
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
400g can Watties Chunky Arrabiata Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup water
1 Tblsp chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried rosemary
3 cups fresh spinach leaves, torn
