Slow Cooker Chicken Stew
For this Slow Cooker Chicken Stew, you simply add the vegetables, chicken, and ingredients to a slow cooker. Then cook on low for 6 hours. That’s it! It’s super-easy, healthy, cozy, and delicious!
Optional: Add a teaspoon of fresh or dried rosemary to the slow cooker.
Optional: Add a cup of frozen peas at the very end until they defrost.
Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts (cubed)
1 medium potato (cubed)
1 cup frozen corn (thawed)
1 onion, diced
1/2 cups carrots, chopped
1 can (15 ounce) of tomato puree
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 bay leaf
salt/pepper/garlic salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Put all the ingredients into your slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours. That’s it!
