Souffle Glace Amaretto


6 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Amaretto
2 cups whipped cream
3 ounces macaroon crumbs


Combine egg yolks, whole eggs, and sugar and beat on high speed until thick and fluffy. Add liqueur. By hand add whipped cream and macaroon crumbs. Pour gently into souffle dish and freeze at least 4-6 hours. To serve, top with whipped cream and macaroon crumbs.
