An easy way to make a nice dessert out of a plain piece of cake.
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1-1/2 teaspoons grated orange rind
Cream softened butter with confectioners’ sugar. Beat in the sour cream, orange juice and rind.
Serve with slices of any plain cake.
Makes 1 cup.
