Spinach Balls
I do not like spinach, but I love these because they really don’t taste like spinach.
Ingredients
2 packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1-1/2 sticks butter
1 large onion, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet. Mix cooked spinach with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for ½ hour. Form into balls and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Yield:
about 5 dozen
