Spinach Salad


1 pound fresh spinach
2 hard-cooked eggs, cut into wedges
1 large ripe tomato, cut into wedges
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, halved
4 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled


Wash the spinach, remove stems and tear leaves into bite-size pieces. Dry thoroughly and chill for 2 hours.

Just before serving, sprinkle the salt in a salad bowl and rub the bowl with garlic halves. Add all the other in-gredients and toss with Golden Salad Dressing.


4 servings.
