Strawberries Romanoff


1 pint fresh strawberries
1/2 cup Grand Marnier
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 package strawberry Jello
1 lemon wedge
Whipped cream for topping


Hull and cut strawberries in half or bite-sized pieces. Place in bowl. Pour Grand Marnier over berries and stir. Set aside. Combine sour cream, sugar, and ¼ tablespoon Jello. Wet rims of 8 stemmed glasses with lemon wedge and dip in remaining Jello. Divide strawberries into 8 equal portions in glasses. Pour sour cream mixture over berries, top with whipped cream, and serve.
