Tortilla Soup


1 small onion
1 small can chopped chilis
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 can tomato soup
1 can beef broth
1 can chicken broth
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomotoes
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 taespoon cumin
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
2 teaspoons Worstershire sauce
1 pound chicken breast, cooked and cubed
tortilla chips
1 cup grated cheese


Saute onion, chopped chilis and minced garlic in two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add chicken breast and simmer for another 30 minutes. Top off with tortilla chips and grated cheese 5 minutes before soup is done.
