There’s nothing better on a cold winter day than a bowl full of chili. Enjoy this hearty and healthy chili with ground turkey or ground chicken.
In a large saucepan, cook the turkey, onions, peppers, and garlic until the meat is no longer pink and the onions are tender. Drain and add to slow cooker. Add crushed tomatoes, beans, tomato sauce, and chili powder and stir. Cook on low heat for 8 hours.
Pass cheddar at the table for topping.
