2 Fuji apples, peeled, cored and cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 can beer, Guinness
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon brown or whole-grain mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
