Two-Cabbage Slaw


1/2 head green cabbage
1/2 head red cabbage
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons salad oil
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Shred cabbages thinly. Place in large bowl. In a quart jar, combine remaining ingredients and shake well. Pour over cabbage and toss to mix well. Cover bowl and let stand several hours so the flavors will blend.


Serves 6.
