Viennese Green Beans

Ingredients

1 large package (2 pounds) frozen green beans
1/2 cup chopped onion 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons vinegar
4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon dill seed
1 cup commercial sour cream

Instructions

Cook beans until tender. Saute onion in butter until translucent. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Add chicken broth gradually to make light sauce. Add vinegar, parsley, and dill. Cook until bubbly and stir in sour cream. Add drained cooked beans and serve immediately.
