fresh salad greens of your choice (enough for 4 people)
1 cup apples, cored and chopped (skin on)
1 cup English walnuts
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
vinaigrette or other dressing
Rinse greens and arrange on 4 plates. Mix other ingredients and arrange over the greens, breaking nutmeats into smaller pieces, as desired. Add salad dressing of your choice.
Makes 4 servings.
