18 pounds flour
10 pounds sugar
9 pounds butter
18 eggs
11 nutmegs
5 quarts milk
1 quart yeast
10 pounds fruit
1 ounce mace
1 quart wine
1 pint brandy
Instructions
Roll the butter and sugar together. Add the yeast and warm milk. When light, add the other half. Put in fruit and bake.
