Zucchini Casserole


2 cups sliced zucchini, boiled and drained
1 package chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing (prepared)
1 cup grated raw carrots
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small oinion, diced
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup oleo
1 cup grated cheese


Mix all ingredients, except grated cheese, in a large bowl and then pour into a buttered 12x12-inch casserole dish. Top with grated cheese.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
