I tried this and loved it

I tried this and loved it beyond reason! Only think I did different is cut my zukes into 1 inch rounds, dredged them in flour first, then egg, then Italian breadcrumbs and Parm/Ramo cheese. I served them on a sweetened tomatoe sauce and it was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Next time, we are making them as our main dish instead of a side!!
