I was constantly plagued with cold symptoms picked up mainly from work. To rid myself of the problem I now drink a 16 ounce smoothie (made up from apple juice, variety of fruit, echinacea and a 1 ounce shot of wheatgrass juice)at least once a week. Plus take 300 mg capsule combination of echinacea and goldenseal once daily. So far so good!

I suggest that we use those days whether long or short to relax, reflect, and rejuvenate. Take some eucalyptus and rosemary salt baths and body rubs. Drink lots of herbal teas. light meals for good eliminations and plenty of rest.

"A week if you treat it, and 7 days if you don't!" So I guess we suffer a week, or if lucky, just seven days. Brilliant!

(I get the humor)
