winter 2018-2019

I have been looking around the web for a site that has the last 5 years weather in Western Canada and same in Indiana. Love the farmers almanac but trying to see if I can spot any potential changes on my own.

Bring it on!!!

Hope everyone has there warm winter gear ready, this is western Canada and people who live here either LOVE or HATE the weather and I for one LOVE it born in December and my son is a Christmas baby so we are winter people and Alberta has so much to offer for people who like to get out and enjoy the great out doors!!

And if you don’t like it go buy a big Carhartt Jacket and you won’t have the cold to complain about!!

Alberta

Bring on the coldest, snowiest winter ever recorded!! I leave for Arizona for the winters.

Cold snowy winter

Good for you to be going to Arizona - I know people who spend the winters down there too but we don’t for various reasons. This year we have to travel to Calgary - a 3 hour drive in early January and come back the next day and I would really like to make it home safe and sound so I could do with a milder winter for safety reasons.

Goody for you

Congratulations on being having enough money to enjoy your retirement the way you chose to. Not sure about the rest of Alberta but here in the very lower south we don't even have snow yet. At least the ski hill makes snow. So we can still have fun. We're to young to be retired and travel, we are here while my husband works and I am parenting our children. I know one thing I won't be wishing a cold and snowy winter on people just because I have enough money to go south and skip winter. Though I love winter and winter activities so I doubt I would do that anyways. I live in a winter tourist destination so as long as I am capable I plan on enjoying that.

Winter

Don’tvlike the cold or snow! Yuck
