Snow here?

I live in the west hills in Portland (around 400-600ft). Do any of you guys know if its going to snow at all here?

Since COVID HAS dominated it would be nice to have a snowy Thanksgiving and Christmas. That way it won't feel so bad to not be with your families.

coWeather in the mountains of Washington State

Since we are already getting snow fall almost every night in Mineral, I predict we have snow on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Snow From the Evergreen state!

Man, I can't wait for it! Last time I remember A big amount of snow was November 2018!

Californians don't "ruin" the weather...

Re: Linda Janson: Once and Oregon native who saw everybody complain about incoming Californians "ruining" the state, back in the 1980's, I can see the mentality has edged up North to Wash State. The Pac NW is our beautiful rainy weird home..and the Californians can't ruin our weather patterns, just complain about them, I suppose. Many come here to try to take care of our state's environment even more because they've seen the worst of climate change due to fires, smog etc. A member of my family grew up with severe smog alerts during recess down in Alhambra, CA, and then fog/smog up in San Francisco. That part of the family fell in love with the Pacific NW because of the drinkable water alone. I'd say it's up to all of us to preserve our beautiful paradise. Let's do it!

It rains all the time here in the Seattle area. I'm a native Washingtonian and Californians are ruining our beautiful paradise.

Love Western Washington Weather

We moved from northern California to Washington State in 2008, and love it up here! I was always perplexed with Californians complaining about rain, when they were lucky enough to get rain. Sunshine all the time makes most of California a desert and prone to fires. We’ve also lived in SE Texas (Houston) with plenty of rain, but too hot, humid and practically no seasons. Cool, rainy weather is what makes Washington State so green and beautiful. I love western Washington’s cool Semi-Mediterranean to oceanic climate! I’ll never go back to the hot-dry and hot-humid weather.

Cold Weather

I cannot wait for the cold to come. We will SEE snow whether it accumulates or not. I'm ready for this winter!

In astoria

Hopefully we get a colder winter here with more snow, as school is going to be cancelled anyways...
