I find it humorous that so
I find it humorous that so many people up here in Washington are always so quick to say it's never sunny and always gloomy. I have checked past reported weather over the last several years. Granted, I wouldn't call us the land of sun, but February, May, July-September, and even October has beautiful sunny weather. Our summers, especially further inland can top 90 degrees. Do I wish we had more sun, sure, but it is not near as bad as people make it out to be.
Summer 2020
Last summer was absolutely beautiful! Fantastic! I look forward to this summer! All the picnics and BBQ's. Adventures in nature! I feel so blessed to live in the beautiful Pacific NW!
Pacific North Wet
Well folks looks like it's shaping up to be another bummer summer like last year 2019. I think I'm going to lose my mind. It just rains WAY TOO MUCH up here! I love the beauty of this area but I wish we just got even a little more sun. The endless storms that circle the globe and always head straight for us are just so dreary and depressing. I agree with Arizona's comment, but instead of moving (all my family and friends are here), I'll just do more traveling to sunny destinations. Ho hum, maybe next summer 2021 will be better, but I have my doubts.
Northwest weather
This is why I'm moving to eastern Washington.....the weather on the western part of this state is horrible, too wet and too dreary for me! I want snow in the winter and hot summers! The mountains in the middle of the state ruin the weather for the western half of it--keeps all the crappy weather over here. I don't know how people can live over here and actually like it, especially after the miserable "summer" (if you can call it that) we had in 2019!!! Goodbye allergies and sinus problems, and all these trees......and hello rolling hills and lower cost of living!!!!!!
